We utilize two separate warehouses, located in Yerevan, Armenia, and Istanbul, Turkey. Your order may be shipped from either of these locations, and the applicable delivery options will be displayed at checkout.

Currently, we offer delivery through FedEx and HayPost for orders shipped from Yerevan, and through UPS and PTT for orders shipped from Istanbul.

Our goal is to expand our fulfillment services to the US by the end of 2022.

You can pay securely by PayPal or credit card using Shop Pay by Shopify.

Shopify Payments is PCI compliant and supports 3D Secure checkouts.

Yes, we do accept returns under certain conditions. Our goal is for all of our products to reach our customers in perfect and brand-new condition. However, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of our lingerie.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, or if you receive an incorrect order, please contact us at order@eu.loveandswans.com or through our IG account within 21 days of purchase, and we will arrange for a replacement.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for changes of mind. Gift cards and certificates cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
